It has two screens with and I can toggle between the inputs of my modded consoles (PS2, PS3, PS4, original Xbox, Xbox 360, and Nintendo Wii), my ThinkPad, and my desktop computer below my desk. When something is being displayed on my smaller screen it’s passed through my PSVR processing unit so I can view whatever the output is in VR.

Everything is connected to a passive audio mixer.

My two computers are connected to a USB switch so that I can swap between the keyboard and mouse back and forth without relying on software.

I feel like it’s pretty functional but I am wondering if it’s a bit too cluttered.

Edit: The Xbox 360 Kinect can be used for its intended purpose but I can also plug it into my PC and use gestures for mouse movement.

Do you find it too cluttered? Do you experience physical pain from being cramped after working there for a while?

We’re not gonna be able to tell you your tolerance levels.

The good news is that it’s an amazing setup and has got a little bit of everything

        The bad news…

Yes it’s more than a bit cluttered. But that’s not necessarily a bad thing

But since you specifically asked about aesthetics…

I’m sorry man but in my opinion it’s not super great. But hey that’s just me

All good. I appreciate the feedback. It’s a lot of legacy stuff I’ve had across several years combined together and I’ve tried my best to make it fit within the desk. You can see in the photo I had to use a Simpsons comic book so that my monitor fit over my original Xbox for example.

Does anything specific standout or any recommendations?

Is this in a bedroom? Get some under-the-bed bins to put everything in that isn’t plugged into the wall or necessary for the operation of your computer. If it’s not in a bedroom, you have space for more storage furniture, I can guarantee it, so get some.

The top shelf can then be used to display choice things or for plants or books, which will look way less cluttered.

It is in a living room but I might be able to get some storage units to put things underneath the desk. I feel like having the upper area clear would definitely help.

Unbelievably cluttered. I have a similar set up but put everything in a cabinet next to the desk. Get another piece of furniture and offload everything but the monitor and keyboard somewhere else. Clean spaces make for uncluttered minds. I am a huge minimalist though.

That would be a challenge with the space that I am working with. I could go vertical but this desk is already rather high
