Usually I base my monthly fee on how many hours I think it might take to support a client per month. Things are skyrocketing in price, curious what other are using as their baseline if doing it in a similar fashion.

$150 for customers on a maintenance plan
Not in CA but we charge a per user / computer fee. Computers cost more than users. Switched to this model this year, and so far it’s going very well. Has helped us and our clients out tremendously. We include pretty much everything except hardware.
150/hr, also base my monthly on that. But like all things, some months are red and some are green. Especially after onboarding or making big changes.
