I mean, yes, but Armenia already has reactors. If they want to make knockoffs based on existing ones they have, they probably can already do that.
And assuming that this is Westinghouse’s latest reactor design, the AP1000, they agreed to let China have 'em. If China passes the bar for technology transfer issues, I gotta figure that Armenia does.
