Looks like Federalist Society conservatives are desperate to find anything untoward they can pin on liberal SCOTUS justices after revelations of a bribery scandal with Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch.

Weak sauce for sure. But the funny thing is, what exactly is their point? Are they saying that justices should be held to a higher standard and that perhaps they should not be trusted to police their own ethics?
Like if your answer to bombshell revelations of severe ethics violations by conservative justices is to point at a liberal justice and say “well she does it too, sort of”, you lost the argument.
We need ethics reforms that apply to ALL justices. I don’t give a fuck if they’re conservative or liberal.
