Not sure I want to entrust my phone with this.
Maybe a purpose-configured, dedicated device. I’ve use this kind of “phone” as part of a Holter monitor. The “phone” had a custom UI that you couldn’t bypass (at least I couldn’t figure it out), and only connected to the monitor via BT and it’s own cell connection to transmit data on a schedule.
Pretty ingenious use.
