I’ve been having new permanent freckles appearing on my body since starting T. Is this a thing anybody else has expierenced

Bad thing about sun freckling is i’m very prone to sunburn. Somebody else mentioned that the ones i’m getting without sun exposure sound more like small moles and I think they’re right. Now I have both.
