I’m not a corporate shill, I just love getting a good deal in things I need. With meat and produce prices going crazy I’m happy to find any way to cut food costs. Some stop and shops started using Flash Food - it’s basically an app where they list all of their clearance stuff. Everything from slightly squished boxes of pasta to $5 bags of random produce to $20 cuts of steak. Every is marked 50% off. I have gotten a ton of good stuff in the last few weeks and basically just throw it on the grill right away. Eating a lot more meat and veggies for way less money. Quality seems to very store by store - everything from East Islip has been great, but the meat I got from Holbrook was iffy. Has anyone else been using this? Any other deals like it?
