    This complaint references much more serious language than a previous one which was upheld:

    In March, a U.S. appeals court upheld an NLRB decision that said Musk illegally threatened Tesla employees by tweeting in 2018: “Nothing stopping Tesla team at our car plant from voting union … But why pay union dues & give up stock options for nothing?”

      Wait – unionizing means giving up stock options? I tried verifying this on [search engine] but not finding anything meaningful, is that real?

        That was the threat: “If you join a union, I’m not giving you stock options anymore.”

          I was just trying to figure out if that’s industry standard or his “veiled” threats… I’m intimidated and I don’t even work there

    Career criminals like musk and trump are so used to getting away with their illegalities, of course they commit more crimes when they get together for a nationally broadcast event.
