    Screw this guy. He didn’t care about all the terrible crap his uncle said before. Now he finally cares because he said it about him.

      I agree with the emotional reaction. Still people are allowed to learn and grow. No matter why.

        Did he learn and grow or did he just change his mind about this one thing? If he didn’t have empathy before, it’s likely he still doesn’t realize why he was wrong before.
