Ill start to warm up to him I really do and then he’ll do something assholish again. 😔

    My dad is much in the same. Like he’ll have good days where he’s nice and acting sane then he just flips the script and goes bonkers on other days or even mere hours later. Almost want to say the man is borderline.

        My parents were the same way. You never knew who was walking in the door. I realized later that everyone has bad days or bad moods, but you need to own it. When I get upset or am in a bad mood, I apologize and tell my kids that I was in a bad mood and it’s my fault.

        My parents never apologized and just left me thinking I was the problem.
