Can someone explain me what these settings actually do? While self explanatory, I cannot notice any difference after toggling them.

    Hi, I can explain both:

    • Edge to edge display will cause the app to render under the notifications bar at the very top of the screen.

    • High refresh rate is for phone with high refresh rate displays (90hz, 120hz) and will make scrolling smoother.

      Ooooooooohh… I assumed it was a side-to-side thing. (Also, now I’m totally going to go disable that.)

        Ah, me, too. And I think “high refresh rate” meant asking the server for fresh content more frequently.

      High refresh toggle still does not feel any different to my eyes. Android seems to be already trigger 120hz when I scroll.
