They both are. Republicans control the house and much of the senate. Effectively control the judiciary. Democrats don’t control much even when they have a majority and strictly only control one of 3 branches of government at the moment.
The problem is. You can and should hammer the parties regardless of who has the presidency. You don’t. And it’s odd.
