Wow this is such a coincidence but I’ve recently started doing it. Drink a bit to be motivated to work out and drink a bit after too. I’m not proud of it, but at least it gets me going. I hope to reduce drinking gradually
I’ve mainly been drinking post workout. I have the same goal. Gradually reduce and maybe stop at some point
Better to workout and drink than to drink and not workout
