I saw something similar on America’s Test Kitchen last night, only instead of the nut milk and vineagar they used 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Looks like a pretty good dressing!
They also noted you might want to add more salt depending on the avocado, avocado is one of those things that benefits from salt.
Nice, I really liked it when I made it the other day. The avocado really added a nice body to it. I can’t wait for September to have fresh ones again from my tree!
