I have been using Smart Launcher 6 for quite a while. Some of its features that I really like are:
*categorized app drawer
*Smart widgets developed by the Smart Launcher team, such as the widget stack, music widget, notes, calendar events, icon group widgets…
*Smart Launcher has a fine positioning tool that allows you to move the widgets with very precise positioning so that you can put them exactly where you want them, it also allows you to resize them
*The news page, which you can either use Microsoft News or Google Feed
*Great search function, it will search for apps, web, contacts, settings, shortcuts, and Play store
Personally I’m still using Nova Prime I’m aware a lot of people abandoned it but it still suits my purposes and I’ve seen no difference since it was bought.
That said if I ever do feel its compromised my privacy I’ll be looking elsewhere So far so good though.

Niagra
I am using Niagara. I have tried others as well and always seem to back to Niagara. Plus I can stop about my weird need to keep changing icons.

Try em out bro im sure u will find something that suites you.
I used Nova for several years but after their sale to a data mining company I settled on the KISS launcher. It is simple but powerful also.
It has a nice and powerful search feature. It doesn’t have 'folders: but you can tag a real extensive list of apps, actions, sub settings menu shortcuts.
it is very fast and can becuatomized to include favorite search bar. When assigning favorites an icon will be placed in a horizontal row at the bottom. Seven favorites is probably the max due to icons getting small if too many are added.
I enjoy using my phone soooo much more especially when pairing the Panels app with the KISS launcher.
