If my kid was peer pressured over a 10k Disney trip I’d be living in the wrong town probably or I’d make my kid do chores and earn a weekly allowance so they better understand how hard it is to earn money. I’ve raised my kid from an early age to not give a shit about what anyone else has that we don’t and to find fun in the beauty of nature and what we can afford.
