I was laughing and enjoying funny YouTube videos just now, and then out of nowhere, I’m feeling immense internalized hatred over who I am.

I hate hanging out with a group of people because they all have a rapport with each other and I can’t fit in at all. Just enjoying the moment then I realize everyone feels like a stranger to me
