      Dude 30 seconds with a bandsaw or angle grinder and that boot is toast, of course he brought the whole thing home

        If that’s the case why change the tires? Why not just remove the clamps?

          Probably didn’t have his angle grinder on him, people don’t normally just carry those around. But he’s probably got one in his garage.
