    Wikipedia says 365km² for the Gaza strip, 328.8km² for Dresden.

      That being said, the bombs dropped on Dresden were incendiary and they estimate 25,000 people died, similar to Gaza (despite the poundage difference)

      Edit: about 20,000 people in London, 37,000 in Hamburg. Very similar to Gaza.

        Lots of variables to consider and not sure if it truly matters/is a productive topic to discuss. The bombs on Dresden were probably much less accurate/more random, but in return it also had far fewer inhabitants (roughly 630k at the time, less now).

        For me looking it up it was kind of suprising though, how close the area size is between the two. I knew Gaza was small, but the direct comparison helps to put it into perspective, especially when you consider that they can’t really leave.
