A group of 10 EU leaders met informally on Friday (30 June) on the sidelines of a summit in Brussels to 'brainstorm' what the bloc's enlargement could mean for its future.

      It’s more about Ukraine and the Balkans. Not an easy task, the EU needs urgent reforms before further enlargements, any new enlargement will only make any reform more difficult to reach.
