Uh oh… time to crank out those EXTRA deluxe editions of the bible, for two hundred dollars a pop, surely they can fully deplete the bank accounts of those miserable deplorables.
Hell… crank out that NFT A.I. crypto Magacoin, call it “a once in a lifetime patriotic investment opportunity”, get hundreds of thousands of those scared-shitless shitkickers deep into debt, ruin them, he got them and their grannies killed during Covid yet they’re still coming back for more, worshipping and kissing that orange soiled diaper ass, they are the definition of expendable to a megalomaniac yet self-loathing conman.
Holy shit, something with some actual weight to it actually happening??
This is one of those times I’m very happy to have been wrong!
New York does not fuck around.
E. Jean Carroll v. Donald J. Trump - GUILTY
The People of the State of New York and Attorney General Letitia James v. Donald J. Trump - GUILTY
The People of the State of New York and District Attorney Alvin Bragg v. Donald J. Trump - GUILTY
Three up, three down.
Now get the fuck outta here.
Eh… are there going to be any real consequences though? I have a feeling he’s not going to jail and he’s still gonna be the Republican candidate for president. Is this gonna end up like the impeachment? That didn’t do shit. :(
An impeachment is just an investigation; if it doesn’t lead to a conviction (as his didn’t) it doesn’t mean shit. Agent Orange just got himself a felony conviction - what that means in terms of sentencing, idk - my hope is they throw the book at him and make him do some actual time. I doubt that’ll happen, cuz he’s Trump and always seems to find a way to weasel out of this shit… but then, he didn’t weasel out of this one, so who knows.
I’m interested in what having a felony conviction means in terms of political candidacy, which might require setting some new precedents, since afaik we’ve never had a felon run for president before.
In any case, this isn’t like those articles we’ve beein seeing for fucking YEARS exclaiming how he just took a major legal blow only for nothing to come of it - a felony conviction is a MAJOR leap forward, and gives me hope I haven’t felt in years that he’ll start facing some real consequences!
Nice.

I think I heard 4 years in jail. But he’ll probably get probation because it’s a first offense, white collar crime. Yeah, yeah, Cohen went to jail for the exact same crime. But Don-Snorelone is whiter, older, and richer.
Up to 4 years per count
No, they’re concurrent, so its 4 maximum.
Actual sentence could be anywhere from probation, to 30 days, to 4 years.
Mainstream coverage has their legal experts basically non committal on guessed actual sentence as this is totally unprecedented.
Sentencing is set for July 11, 4 days before the RNC, though Trumps lawyers will attempt to appeal and push back sentencing.
One thing that is certain is that being a convicted felon will likely make sentences harsher in his other ongoing legal stuff.
I am guessing Legal Eagle is rushing to make a vid on this.
And yes, a convicted felon can legally run for President… though if he is literally incarcerated during the term he’s elected to… no fucking clue how that works, again, unprecedented.
