As a fellow guy with back pain. A good stretch is holding onto the top of something like a short wall or a door something that won’t break. And lean back like ass out and that will stretch everything from under your shoulder blades down it’s really nice
Reminds me of me. My back hurts in the mornings and i have to hold the top of the curtain rod for a bit until the muscle relaxes some.
Injury from long ago. I guess this is me for life.

Thanks. Mine is near the sacrium(sp?). But sometimes i get that punched between the shoulderblades feeling. Will bookmark and look at this.
