Looks awesome! Maybe lose the stitch marker before wearing it out though. Or don’t! You do you 😄
Haha I wasn’t sure if I wanted another row or not, the stitch marker is off now. Can’t keep losing them!
Cool technique. Great result.
I’ve only done this kind of thing with knitting.
Did the pattern give guidance on how to run the colours behind? I’m wondering if it would be similar to the effect with fairisle knits.
Thank you so much! I’ve never knitted anything before (yet!) so I’m not sure if you can apply it. For crochet there’s regular tapestry and another neater version of it. Here’s a video I found about it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6RLrJZNLWPA I think this explains it way better than I could and you can actually see if you can apply it for knitting!
Thanks for sharing that.
No problem, hope the video helped!
Looks dope. The flame on black pattern is my favorite “out of style” trend.
Thank you thank you! There are alot of colour combinations that would work nicely for sure 👌
@lazerp Nice!
Thank you so much!
@lazerp Keep up the good work and are you on Mastodon or similar platforms maybe to see all of your work?
Not really! This is my first time posting something I made. I’ve thought about making an Instagram account but I’m guessing this doesn’t fall into the similar platforms you’re asking about haha. Regardless I’m really grateful you’re showing interest about my previous projects, means alot!
@lazerp Yeah, if it’s Instagram, I have to pass… I want to enjoy things and I don’t feel joy making rich people richer.
Wouldn’t be pixelfed an alternative? Any fediverse tool would be better than Instagram 😀
Oh pixelfed looks fun! I’ll definitely try it out thank you for the good recommendation! I’m new to alternative apps tbh, just another reddit refugee haha
That’s so sick! I love that
Those stitches are so satisfying
