The Biden administration’s report on whether Israel has violated U.S. and international humanitarian law during the war in Gaza has been delayed and will no longer be released Wednesday as planned, three Senate aides and a House aide told POLITICO.

The State Department has been working for months on the report, which will issue a determination on whether Israel has violated international humanitarian law since the war in Gaza began. If so, the U.S. would be expected to stop sending Israel military assistance.

The email said the report is “briefly delayed,” but doesn’t provide a specific timeline.

For any other country, state dept reports like this have to clear before we start shipping weapons.

But for Israel, the Biden administration carves out exceptions and delays the reporting so the illegal weapons shipments can continue.

This is the banality of evil, Palestinian children are starving and exploding and we are arguing over reports.

This is why Biden has earned the moniker “Genocide Joe”.

Josh Paul quit from the weapons exports team because Biden admin was shutting down and ignoring all his warnings.

They don’t just not clear it, Biden is violating Leahy law with full knowledge.

Delayed so that the U.S. stops sending military assistance only after most of the killing is done. Seems awfully, I dunno, convenient?

Got to have time to sanitize it before the public gets it am sure. Cannot make Israel look too bad.
