Ana can mean “hole” in Japanese (穴), so if you pronounce it like that it means you like to talk about guys’ holes.
not sure but “guy-anna” is either misgendering or dead naming.
Or Guy Anna chose a masculine forename and feminine midname because they’re non-binary
