If the proposed law is approved by the National Assembly as passed by the Senate, sign language will become the third official language after Kiswahili and English and will be used in all government offices, schools and courts.

I wonder if there is another country that has sign language as an official language. edit: I meant official language that is taught like any official language is in schools. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Legal_recognition_of_sign_languages#Status_by_country
