    Common sense and good to see this confirmed by studies. I would love to see similar on full on training breaks. Like anecdotally, when I take a week off for travel or vacation or whatever, I come stronger than when I left even with only light or perhaps no training, mainly from just giving those little nagging soft tissue injuries time to recover.
