The premise of batman is irredeemable imo.

    “Billionaire beats up disabled people”

“Wow dude such a good fucking concept I love it”

There is actually a Chinese version of Batman in one of DC’s universes named Wang Baixi. He’s an agent of the CPC, lives in Shanghai, and he’s an inventor that designed and updated gadgets/technology for the Chinese equivalent of the Justice League.

I fucking love the idea of there eventually being an ongoing solo series where Wang Baixi is the CEO of a tech-corporation akin to Huawei, Qualcomm, Tencent, YMTC. This is my personal concept:

By day, he is a tech-CEO and member of the Politburo. He could be portrayed as kind of like Engels in that he has alot of guilt over having a net worth in the billions, but he actually cares about his employees’ mental, physical, emotional and psychological health, is very generous with pay and working hours and holidays, and actually takes his employee’s decisions and opinions into consideration, and he is well aware that he owes everything to the CPC, and actually gives a shit about his people and the country.

And by night, as the Chinese equivalent of Batman and secret agent of the CPC, he patrols the streets and rooftops looking for random violent crimes to stop, like sexual assault, muggings, smuggling, organized crime, violent drug dealers and pimps, and also looking for, hunting down and arresting foreign imperialist agents, rooting out traitors of the Chinese government, and taking down corrupt capitalists, CEO’s and corrupt CPC bosses that misuse their powers.

This too but even from a simplistic viewpoint if you disregard the politics, the fact that he dresses up as a bat for no good reason seems extremely stupid to me.
