      I am a technical person and even the account creation process on lemmy had me thinking something was broken… I created an account and it said it would need to be verified but nothing about how, or when. Most systems send you an email to confim you account is attached to one… I tried to log in and it just spun.

      Some time later… I got a confirmation and it worked.
