Linux distros are close to parity due to Valve’s positive influence with the Steam deck which helped rally Linux driver+compatibility development (news provided below)
due to FOSS AMD drivers, AMD GPUs currently provides the best OS flexibility in comparison to NVIDIA’s proprietary drivers and current focus on AI technologies
this would also save users $260 or $189 CAD (before tax) if a Windows Pro or Home license isn’t required.

based on the Price History this is a new $30 CAD price drop,
afaik PowerColor’s a reputable Taiwanese manufacturer and when considering the current GPU market this seems like a pretty good deal👍
