    First time to hit the gym consistently last week. Spartan lang yung gym at walang aircon tapos puros HIIT-style. Hindi ko kinaya, laging half sets lang ako haha. Time to reach out to my former trainer and have a program made instead of a one-size fits all workout that only applies to 345-pounders trying to lose weight.
