We may be anonymous strangers on the internet, but we have one thing in common. We may be a world apart, but we’re here together!

Welcome to the 24 hour pledge! I’m pledging myself to not drinking today, and invite you to do the same.

Maybe you’re new to c/stop drinking and have a hard time deciding what to do next. Maybe you’re like me and feel you need a daily commitment or maybe you’ve been sober for a long time and want to inspire others.

It doesn’t matter if you’re still hung over from a three day bender or been sober for years, if you just woke up or have already completed a sober day. For the next 24 hours, let’s not drink alcohol!

Oooohhhhh! I hope you get to do/see everything you want to! I love DC (so long as I’m not the one driving!)

It’s a fantastic city for food and history!

Yassss! The DC Metro is awesome! If yall are into art, I cant recommend the Mark Rothko exhibit at the National Gallery of Art enough, its in the East building and its last day open is March 31st. It is my favorite art exhibit in the D.C. area and I’m going to be wrecked when its over. Also if yall are visiting the Tidal Basin to look at Cherry Blossoms be sure to check out Stumpy, he is just around the corner from the Jefferson Memorial and is being cut down soon for tidal wall repairs. 😪 Enjoy your Vacation, and I will not drink with you today!!!

I’m the only one into art sadly. BUT, I did see a Rothko exhibit in 2011 at the Phillips Museum. It was amazing too. 😁
