Typically I get the motivation to worldbuild in short spurts and then have weeks of not wanting to add anything to my world. How do you avoid this?

    I don’t.

    If I need a world on short notice, I will go out looking for one which is complete.

    Otherwise, I find that anything which is worthwhile takes inspiration and takes time.

    When I am inspired and my heart is in it, I will build, when its not, I won’t.

    Wow that sounds familiar.

    If I do manage to keep my motivation (lol) it’s usually by setting a specific time to work on my project. That, or I take advantage of times I’m bored with little to do (like at work)
