Seriously, if they would actually sell DRM free formats these days I might still pay for media, but since the media industries have hitched their wagons to DRM I refuse to pay for a product that works against me. DRM in games is sometimes worth tolerating if done in a not-absolutely-terrible way, but DRM on media is unacceptable. Media doesn’t have multiplayer interactions, media should not require accounts, it’s just static content. I want it on my own hard drive.
