There should be the option to blur NSFW images or am i missing something?

Mlem, by default, follows your Lemmy account settings on whether to show NSFW content. This setting will either show or blur these images in your feed. This is an iOS App Store requirement.
If you want NSFW images to be blurred by default (or not) change the setting on your Lemmy account.
