Yes, there’s a mod. I haven’t mucked around with it for a long time, but there is a mod for MK8 that will fix this issue. I know it exists, but right at this second I can’t help you find it.
No worries. If you recall, is it just a simple Google search? What I found wasn’t of much help. I found firmware files or something, not entirely sure what they were, that was to go in the yuzu directory, but that didn’t seem to do anything. I’ll probably have another crack at searching around later tonight.
