Why does their insignia have Russian at the bottom? Based on my basic understand of Russian, and what can be seen, it looks to be a (literal) translation of American Banderite Network
The Banderites were Ukrainian fascists who collaborated with the Nazis in killing Jews and Poles. (Also, the script is called Cyrillic, not Russian. Just as English’s script is called Latin.)

Its probably Ukrainian. Their name is in reference to a Ukrainian nationalist group.
