SSD cache – when is it worth it?

I’m a single user of a DS920+ that I use for the following:

Network file storage (PCs, Docker services, etc.)
Synology Drive
Jellyfin media storage (video and music)
HyperBackup and Snapshot Replication
Surveillance Station
Active Backup

Primarily interested in noise reduction and speed increases. Is it worth spending on an SSD cache?
