Looks like we need to get some discussion going on this sub, so I figured I’d kick it off.

What do we think the team looks like next year? Do we manage to sign killorn or Colton in the off-season? Do we make any trades? What are everyone’s thoughts?

Me personally, I think we manage to sign killorn, but I think someone offer sheets Colton and we have to let him walk. My way too early projected lines heading into training camp.

    Hagel - Point - Kucherov

    Stamkos - Cirelli - Killorn

    Paul - Essyimont - Jeannot

    Maroon - Smith - ABB/Koepke?

    Hedman - Perbix

    Sergachev - Cernak

    Cole - Raddysh

    Big cat.

Just seeing the lineup makes me want the season to start… I miss it so much. I’m excited to see how that 3rd line develops this year!

I like your lineup but I have a hard time seeing Killorn signing for low AAV. Colton on the other hand had a underwhelming season and the other teams might not see the potential in him. I believe be have a better chance of keeping Colton.

Fair, and I REALLY hope you are right as Colton has a fairly high upside.

It’s tough. Part of me sees Killer going elsewhere to chase that bag, but the other part of me thinks that his roots here in Tampa are so strong that he might surprise us with another team friendly deal. Giving up that jetski is going to be a hard sell for him.

Regardless of what he ends up doing, I’ll always be a huge fan of his. Great guy on and off the ice.
