I don’t know much about it, it’s the only piece I’ve got that is made from two distinct layers of glass.

Interesting, is the uranium glass inside the red glass?
If you scroll through the images, the last few show it with a UV torch, there it appears to be two disting layers of glass, the lower (outer) layer being clear/uranium, the top being red.
The person who I bought it from suggested that it may be Czech, unfortunately I have no way of checking it and there are no makers marks
