I have Milk Fuel (or its new name, Basically Food Boost, congrats axcho!) for lunch every day, and for dinner twice a week. Also once a week or so I have ViteRamen for dinner, adding an egg and some Sriracha.
I’ve also tried DIY (the common masa-based recipe), Jimmy Joy, Queal, Huel, a few others once or twice, and the OG Soylent waaaay back before they sold their soul.
So what do you all prefer?
As an experiment, I did a 100% meal replacement diet for 4 years straight using Plenny Shake. It was the healthiest I’ve ever been.
I liked it so much that I still continue to use Plenny Shake for half my diet. I’ve tried Soylent and Huel as well, but still prefer Plenny Shake.
Similar story here. Close to a decade ago I went 80+% Soylent and DIY for almost 3 years and had similarly good results. Now with a family, we like to schedule having most of our meals together during the week, but all of my meals at work are still Milk Fuel, which to me was always the best tasting and cheapest by far.
I prefer Mana. Too bad they replaced their neutral flavor with a vanilla flavor in the new Mark 8 which got released this week…
