gsf stands for google Services Framework.

I use aurora instead of google play, but installing a flight app, aurora states I have to use gsf and if I try to start the application, I get a message:

‘check that google play is enabled on your device’

is there any way to install gsf not using google play?

If i remember correctly micog should be able to give most of the functionality of gsf, but i’ve never installed it, so you may need to check it’s documentation before doing anything with it.

You need play services probably. Not sure you can install only one so you most likely need GAPS, try Nikegaps or find some other GAPS providers. You might need root or adb
