    1. What harms are there?
    2. How does this law actually prevent that harm, considering that Texas won’t be able to police the mail in a meaningful way?
    3. How is the drug an abortificent when it tends to prevent implantation rather than interrupting it?
    4. Even if you agree with the aims of the legislators who are banning this, how can this possibly be good strategy and not just a waste of political capital?

        Exactly, because they are famous for carefully researching such things along with accounting for any possible perverse incentives that their legislation might create.
