I don’t think everything Microsoft has done is bad, just hope people remember what they do once they dominate a market. (Windows, office, Skype, etc)

Well, the FTC and the UK CMA are also concerned, so I would say the answer is yes.
This is a paid exclusive title though, and not an acquisition.
