I’m looking for a way to use gpt4 and the plugins which are futures for ChatGPT plus. Does anybody know if there is any way to access it for free?

I think your only option is to self host, or use a freely available Bot like Bing or Bard.
The easiest self hosted solution I have yet found is Serge. Simple to deploy, and a large library of downloadble models.
