You can use it when traveling from everything I am reading. I can’t find anything which talks about exactly how they check to see if you’re you or someone else, but I suspect they’ll be using a system which tracks ‘usual behaviour’ and flags for further checking/prompts if something seems abnormal. Similar to how credit card companies automatically flag suspicious activity.
