A federal judge on Tuesday said E. Jean Carroll, the New York writer who last month won a $5 million jury verdict against Donald Trump for sexual abuse and defamation, can pursue a related $10 million defamation case against the former U.S. president.
…for further defamation done the next day after the original suit, right?

though they are both a bit up there in age, and one or the other might not be around if/when it finally happens. It wouldn’t bother me if Don Jr’s inheritence got a little smaller.
It would certainly be wonderful if courts started orders for asset seizure. There are many things on the horizon that Trump should be forced to pay the penalties.
