There are alot of illegal content out there but are there any that are legal and host legal torrents? or did they all shut down? I want to use qbittorrent but i also want thing sto be legal and not have my ip adress leaked.

I know LibreOffice makes its product available via torrenting, but that’s really about it.
There’s also Ubuntu and Blender movies. Not sure if there’s any others. (Kind of a shame cause torrenting doesn’t have to be associated with piracy.)
Archive.org is one. But keep in mind that your address will still be seen whatever torrent site you use unless you are hiding behind vpn.

Find some Linux distros, or download GIMP. All of that is legal to torrent. But regardless of what you download, your IP address will be visible to everyone else in the torrent that you either download from or upload to. The only way to prevent that is to use a VPN or TOR, in which case your IP and data is available to your VPN provider so you’ll need to trust them as much or more than you trust your ISP.
