      Yeah he is so desperate to crush people’s wages. Huge mistake for Biden to have reappointed a Republican to that post.

        I don’t think Biden is on the side of labour when it comes to class warfare. Otherwise he wouldn’t have beaten Bernie Sanders by a large margin.

          Biden is cross pressured to some extent, running a political coalition containing powerful union elements, but yeah he’s certainly pro-capital. Appointing Powell is definitely an example of that - though he may live to regret it if Powell manages to create a recession in time for the 2024 election.
