As someone who’s been on IV-feed after a surgery and someone who’s fasted just for fun, there’s a huge difference. I mean eating the first time after both was good, but after fasting it was just so much better.
I went for three consecutive weeks without eating last year. The food I got after was horrible, but it felt so good to eat.
Why three weeks?
I’m assuming a surgery of some kind.
So unlike OP, this person constantly got nutrition.
